Military Benefits

Transitioning from the Military

PSEG values the work ethics and technical skills learned through your military experience. Whether you are an active military professional or retired veteran, we want you to consider a rewarding career with PSEG.

For an easier transition, PSEG created PSEG Vets, a group that provides support and useful information to PSEG veterans, active, guard and reserve military professionals.

PSEG knows that employees may need to be absent from work to serve in the United States military. We offer the benefits you would expect from an industry leader, including differential pay and time off for eligible types of military service, including, but not limited to, active duty, active or inactive duty training in the Armed Forces, National Guard, Commissioned Corps of the Public Health Service, and any other category of persons designated by the President in time of war or national emergency.

All benefits provided under an employee benefit plan are governed by the terms and conditions of the applicable benefit plan documents and in accordance with applicable law.
