Our Employee Business Resource Groups (EBRGs) are voluntary groups of #PSEGproud employees that help shape and drive our diverse and inclusive culture. EBRGs help build meaningful relationships through initiatives like community outreach and volunteerism, mentorship, and professional development. In addition, our EBRGs serve as a platform to elevate diverse perspectives and help support key business goals and priorities. At PSEG, we believe in leveraging all our employees' diverse experiences, perspectives, and backgrounds to achieve success. EBRGs help keep us connected. Learning from each other, respecting our differences, and sharing what we have in common keeps us inspired and makes us stronger because #WeArePSEG.

The AABE EBRG provides a forum to reinforce key PSEG messages and promote understanding of the critical initiatives that the company is pursuing. Wherever possible, the EBRG will aim to support the objectives of the AABE New Jersey Chapter and AABE National organization.

ABLE's vision is to create a workplace environment where employees with disabilities and caregivers are recognized, respected, and valued, elevating PSEG as a best place to work. They do this by creating a forum for employees to connect, learn, and support one another.
