PSEG employees enjoy 14 scheduled and floating holidays throughout the year, as well as paid vacation.

You are eligible for one time your annual base pay Basic Life Insurance at no cost to you. There is an option to purchase an additional 1x annual base pay through the Basic Life Insurance. You can elect Supplemental Life Insurance for yourself as well as your spouse and/or children.
You may be eligible to elect Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurance for yourself and your spouse.

You may be eligible for benefits such as a Group Legal Plan for expected or unexpected legal events, group discounts on home and auto insurance coverage. Employees are offered company-paid identity theft services as well as ability to purchase additional supplemental coverage.

The Tuition Program supports full time employees who want to continue their education and grow in their careers at PSEG. Eligible employees may receive financial support toward approved degrees and programs that align with personal and professional development goals. Through our university partnerships, employees can also access additional benefits such as discounted tuition rates, streamlined admission processes, and dedicated enrollment support from participating schools.

Employees have access to programs to help support their family’s needs. Bright Horizons provides resources to support your family and career in addition to enhanced tools to find care through Sittercity.

Work, family, and relationships – sometimes it’s a challenge to balance everything in your life and not feel overwhelmed. The program can help employees and their family with personal work/life problems through individual, confidential assistance in dealing with marital, family and relationship problems; drug and alcohol dependency; work and family crises; and other real-life issues. Up to six sessions with a professional are available per person per issue each year at no cost.
In addition, the program can also provide support for elder care and child care services, managing a chronic illness, legal resources, and more.
