Employee Charitable Giving Programs
The PSEG Foundation and Corporate Social Responsibility’s strategic priorities of environmental sustainability, social justice and equity, focus on creating a positive impact on the communities we serve.
Through a robust employee-matching gift and volunteer grant program, the PSEG Foundation provides grants to 501(c)3 nonprofits on behalf of employee charitable donations and their volunteer time to 501(c)3 nonprofits. The PSEG Employee Crisis Fund provides short-term, emergency support to employees or eligible dependents that are experiencing a financial hardship resulting from a sudden, severe, overwhelming and unexpected event that is beyond their control. The PSEG Employee Crisis Fund is there to support employees and their families with non-taxable dollars for emergency and basic living needs.
