Every year, PSEG employees step up in meaningful ways – volunteering their time, lending their skills and giving generously to local nonprofits. It’s part of who we are. And we’re proud to support those efforts by helping organize volunteer opportunities and by matching eligible donations to causes our people care about.
Volunteering that hits home
Our employees live where they work – and that makes all the difference. Whether helping at local food banks, mentoring students or cleaning up parks, they show up ready to make an impact in neighborhoods across New Jersey and beyond.
PSEG Volunteer Grant Program
We believe time spent volunteering is just as valuable as dollars donated. That’s why our Volunteer Grant Program turns employee time into financial support for eligible nonprofits – recognizing the care and commitment our people bring to their communities.
Matching Gift Program
When employees, retirees, or current and former PSEG Board of Directors members donate to qualified nonprofits, the PSEG Foundation may match those contributions – doubling the difference they can make. Annual match limits are $7,500 for employees and board members, and $6,000 for retirees/pensioners.
Employee Crisis Fund
When life gets tough, we look out for each other. The Employee Crisis Fund offers financial assistance to employees during unexpected hardships – powered by the generosity of fellow employees.
