We believe real change starts at the community level – with trusted local partners who know what their neighborhoods need most. That’s why our Neighborhood Partners Program (NPP) provides funding that helps New Jersey and Long Island communities close critical gaps.

We know how hard it can be today for families to find good jobs, afford basic needs and build a better future. That’s why we believe so strongly in working together — to help people find opportunities and make everyday life more affordable. NPP is about investing in the people and organizations with a track record of making a real and ongoing difference. We’re proud to support a shared commitment to a stronger future.

In 2025, our focus was on driving environmental sustainability and providing essential services – like workforce development, food access and affordability support – that help meet the economic realities our neighbors face. Together, we're working toward communities that are not just prepared for what’s next but empowered to lead the way.
