Grace H. Park

Grace H. Park is executive vice president and general counsel for Public Service Enterprise Group (PSEG). In this role, Ms. Park has responsibility for overall legal and federal regulatory strategy. Ms. Park also oversees the Company’s Office of Corporate Secretary, Litigation, Compliance and Claims functions in addition to several other corporate functions. Ms. Park is a member of PSEG’s Senior Executive Team.

Ms. Park joined PSEG in 2017 and was named vice president, deputy general counsel and chief litigation counsel in 2020. In this role, Ms. Park was responsible for the oversight, representation and counsel of PSEG and all of its subsidiary companies in connection with litigation and government inquiries. In addition, Ms. Park’s responsibilities have included advocacy and strategy for litigated and investigative matters, and oversight of all claims processes, including financial recovery, property damage and facility relocation.

Prior to PSEG, Ms. Park served four years as acting prosecutor in Union County, N.J. Ms. Park previously served as senior corporate counsel for litigation at Pfizer Inc. and as a federal prosecutor in the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Newark, N.J. Park is a graduate of University of California, Berkeley, and Harvard Law School.
